Returns, Shipping & Refund Policy

Standard Shipping:

In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping options are available upon check out.

 Return Policy:

If you are not  completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. A return authorization number is required on all returns, and must be written clearly on the outside of the box. Please call or email our customer service  staff to obtain a return authorization number.

 Restocking Fee: 

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.
